Scope Of Activities
The scope of CNS activities is as follows;
- Trainings, seminars and symposiums on contemporary issues.
- Research on socio-economic issues relevant to policy makers, implementing agencies and the general public;
- Impact studies of development policies, programs and projects.
- Promotion of actions and activities aiming to raise public awareness with regards to the consequences of development policies and programs.
- Formulation of alternative development policies and strategies in the issues of national and international importance.
- Consultancy services to the government, private sector, I/NGOS and, bilateral and multilateral donor agencies.
- Dissemination of research findings among concerned audience and stakeholders at home and abroad. Fostering debates on the contemporary political issues.
